Delivery in mainland France

Your orders are dispatched from our logistics center in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. We offer delivery by Lettre Suivie or Colissimo depending on the weight of the parcel, and by Pickup Point Relais (post offices and retailers). You can also choose Colissimo with signature and insurance for €6. You will receive your parcel 2 to 3 working days after your order date. You can also choose DHL delivery in 1 to 2 days for €15.

Delivery Europe and Worldwide

We offer delivery by Colissimo or Point Relais Pickup. For Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and the Netherlands, postage costs are €8 in a relay point and €8 at home. For other European countries, rates vary according to destination.

For shipments outside Europe, we will choose the mode of transport best suited to your country and the weight of your package. A flat rate of €25 applies per order.

Track my package

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number. For any unusual delivery delays, please contact us by e-mail at bonjour@ateliercamille.com. We'll do our best to help you find your parcel.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges. Send us back the article that doesn't suit you as indicated above and place another order on the site. In this way, the item will be reserved for you and returned to you as quickly as possible. We will refund the returned item within 5 working days of receipt of your parcel.

Returns

Return postage is at the customer's expense.

If you did not create an account when you placed your order, please print out this returns form and complete it with your name, order number, the items being returned and the reason for the return. Send your return to the above address by Colissimo or recorded delivery. Keep the proof of delivery or tracking number until you receive your refund.

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return anything that does not fit.

Returned garments must be in their original, unwashed condition, with tags attached. They must also be properly packaged so as not to be creased or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of the parcel, by the same means of payment used for the order.
